Meet the Moderators!

1. Are expected to submit a maximum of 2 fics of 700-2000 words each.
2. Can describe the reader as fem!, masc!, or gn!, though gn is the most preferred.
3. Can write OCs and the Reader in romantic relationships with the Harbingers, either in their past, the current timeline of Genshin Impact, or post-canon.
4. Can feature Harbinger ships of any kind, however, please provide warnings for any triggering content.
5. We are not accepting any Alternate Universe fanfiction submissions.

1. Are expected to submit a maximum of 2 page art or comics (which span 3 pages in total). Page art may either be in A4 size (3508 x 2408 px; portrait only) or A3 size (4961 x 3508 px; landscape only). 2 A4 size artworks may be combined to become a spread at your preference.
2. Can detail OCs or the Reader, though an androgynous reader is most preferred.
3. Can submit artwork of any time of the Harbingers’ lives, either the past, the current timeline of Genshin Impact, or post-canon.

5. We are not accepting any Alternate Universe art or comic submissions.
6. Artists may also apply to be the cover artist.

Q. Is Scaramouche considered a Harbinger in this zine?
A. Yes, he is! Canonically, it would be considered an AU, but as he was a Fatui Harbinger, contributors may write about Scaramouche, his past as Kunikuzushi, or his current life as Hat Guy.Q. Can I collaborate with someone on my piece?
A. Yes, absolutely! We’d love to see collaborative pieces, and if you have an idea about what you want to do, hit the brainstorming or general channels!Q. Is this a for-profit/charity zine?
A. No, this is a free, digital-only zine! The head mod has been considering for-profit or for-charity zines lately, so future volumes or editions could be either-or. The completed zine would be available on souriru.itch.io.Q. Will contributors retain the rights to their work?
A. Yes, all contributors and creators retain the rights to their work! All we ask is that you wait until after the zine has been released to post your art and/or fanfics onto your social media/AO3.Q. Will there be content moderation, sensitivity checking, and/or beta reading?
A. Yes, there will. All artworks and fics first go into the final submission channel, after which it is not only reviewed by fellow contributors, but also the mods on creation of the final zine. In case of any violations, the contributor(s) shall be messaged and informed of any editing they might need to do or that has been done on their behalf by the moderators.Q. Is including Aether/Lumine or Celestia necessary?
A. Technically, it’s up to you! If you feel that Aether/Lumine or Celestia’s presence in the comic or story is important, feel free to do so.Q. What ships are allowed?
A. All Harbinger ships are allowed- ship-wise, we’re pro-any-kind as long as it fits the theme we’re going for. Shipping Harbingers with Aether/Lumine (e.g. Chilumi) is also completely fine! For ships that feel a little borderline illegal in your mind, please reach out to the head mod at soruiru.tumblr.com or on discord @soleiluzz and they’ll get back to you as soon as they can!
